Mytek Europe 2021 / Brooklyn AMP firmware version 1.00

Important notes:

To update Brooklyn AMP firmware to the latest revision an installed the Mytek Control Panel is required. The update can be performed on Windows 7,8,10 and OSX Yosemite / El Capitan / Sierra / High Sierra.


How to update the firmware:

For safety reasons disconnect the speakers before proceeding with the update. Start Mytek Control Panel application. The program ("General" tab / "Firmware" section) will show you the current firmware revision of your unit, and whether it needs an update or not. If you want to proceed with the update please firstly turn then simply press the "Load firmware file" button to find the firmware file (Mytek_Brooklyn_AMP_firmware_v.1.xx.mfb). Next click "Update" button. A progress bar will indicate when the flash process is finished.
The AMP will reset itself. After the update restore the Brooklyn AMP to factory settings and then configure the functions to your needs. A reboot of the computer is not necessary.


When the update fails:

Press and hold the stand-by button and attach power cord. The AMP will start in Bootloader mode and Mytek logo is blinking. The flash process should then be tried again.

		- Compatible with board version 4.0 and above (for older boards contact with Mytek)
