Mytek Europe 2021 / Brooklyn ADC firmware version 2.10 To update Brooklyn ADC firmware to the latest revision installed Mytek Control Panel is required. The update can be performed on Windows 7,8,10 and OSX Yosemite / El Capitan / Sierra / High Sierra / Mojave. IMPORTANT NOTE If going from firmwares 1.xx: After the upgrade there will be no possibility of downgrade to 1.xx version! The firmware file "BrooklynADC_firmware_v2.00_for1.xx_upgrade" must be uploaded FIRST to perform the update. Otherwise the ADC will not be programmed properly! When this fails please try again using the same file. If the update fails again use the "BrooklynADC_firmware_v2.00.mfb" file (it may be necessary to use the procedure from "When the update fails" paragaph). How to update the firmware: Start Mytek Control Panel application. The program ("General" tab / "Firmware" section) will show you the current revision of your unit, and whether it needs an update or not. If so, then simply press the "Load firmware file" button to find the chosen firmware file. Next click "Update" button. A progress bar will indicate when the flash process is finished. Please wait at least 1 minute and the ADC will reset itself. Before normal operation we recommend to restore the Brooklyn ADC to factory settings. A reboot of the computer is not necessary. When the update fails: Press and hold the first from the left front panel button and while holding this button turn the Brooklyn ADC on. The ADC will start in Bootloader mode - the logo will start blinking. The flash process should then be tried again.
